the district attorney in orange county is seeking the death penalty against one of the guys who is accused of killing Eve Carson, UNC's student body president. here's my story on it from today:

well, if her family supports this... it won't bring closure, but if thats what they want... and he really did kill her.... oh well! he's going to HELL anyway! hehehe... soooo SAD. she had so much going for her... :(

i know it is really sad...i wonder if this will go to trial or if the two suspects will plead out we'll see!
