for those of you not in the news business, this is what you are missing out on.
i have been sitting in a meeting since 9:30...it's now 11:30. the issue that i'm doing a story on has already been talked about and ended about 45 minutes ago. problem is, i have to wait until they take a break to get interviews with people i need because i cant pull people out of this meeting.
sometimes, you can get interviews before the meeting starts so you dont have to wait....unfortunately, that was not possible for today.
awesome.
thankfully, there are days that are much more exciting then this :)

Do what I do... take a nap, meetings are a great place for that and also maybe they will get a clue and take a break because they finally figured out that they need to shut up and let you get back to work... stupid meetings I hate you so!!!
FYI: i won't be in NC until July because my Momma has to have more skin cancer surgery. WEAR SUNSCREEN!!! hehe...
