today was a productive day of doing some shopping and cleaning. and i even got to play some basketball at a local gym which was awesome. what can i say? i havent played a game since august, but i still got it ;) i can tell im going to be very sore tomorrow..im already starting to feel it!

i think it's funny how the second one holiday ends, the retail stores have already moved onto the next. i swear, on january 1st, i started seeing valentine's stuff. it's like we cant even enjoy the memories of one holiday because it's already moving onto the next! i think valentine's day is a very commerical holiday, but it's a sweet idea. it's a good excuse to show people you love them (not that you should need an excuse to do that!). who cares if it's a hallmark holiday? and while i'm on the subject of all things lovey-dovey, here is a three minute story of what might be the sweetest thing ive ever seen...i almost wanted to cry. enjoy :)
