is it possible for me to go shopping two days in a row? yes it is. today me and one of my friends from work, jaclyn, went to the mall just to "window shop". ha. right. 2 and a half hours, 3 shirts, two bottles of lotion and about 70 bucks later....our "window shopping" was done. lol it was a fun time with her though so i'm glad we went!
also today...my station had a company get together at a bowling alley...it was so fun! AND i bowled four strikes in three games! i havent gone bowling in at least 3 years so it was a pretty impressive turnout for me. of the three games, my highest score was 105. yeah, i know, nothing to really brag about it but considering i barely ever bowl, i was happy with it.
i have a couple of projects around my place that i need to work one. i bought some bar stools last weekend and i need to get on putting them together. i also bought a printer/scanner/copier/faxier that i also need to figure out how to hook up to my computer and working properly. i do realize that some people might not find this task very intimidating, but i do. im not really good at putting stuff together...but then again, i've never really given myself a fair chance because i always get help from someone before i even try it on my own. this time, im going to do it on my own! and then if i try really hard and still cant do it, then i will get help. i think that's a fair deal.
oh, so the Michelle Michael "48 Hours Mystery" was awesome. they did such a good job with the story...i was really impressed at their accuracy and how well it was told. can i just say the Perri DiChristipher (asst. prosecuting attorney) is amazing at her job. ive covered 3 murder trials with her helping marcia ashdown prosecute and i think she is just phenomenal at what she does. i love how confident and professional she is when she's giving her opening statement or cross examining witnesses. her demeanor just demands the respect of the entire courtroom...you cant help but watch her. everytime i see her in action, i always feel like im watching an episode of "Law and Order" because she is that good. and she totally owned Michelle Michael when she was talking about how many times she (michelle) lied to police. if you didnt get to catch it, go to 48 Hours website and you can watch the show in its entirety...it's worth the 40 minutes of your time, i promise!
